1.         Rates given are per night and do not include 6% county room tax.

2.         Full payment (rent, room tax, and security deposit) is due 30 days in advance.

3.         First night of rental fee is required to reserve cabin(s).

4.         Upon receipt of the initial payment, you will be sent a registration/confirmation form, receipt of your initial payment and a map.  Instructions for check-in and key acquisition will be given via telephone 3 days prior to your stay.

5.         Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.  Cancellations made between 28-14 days in advance forfeit an amount equal to one night’s stay.  Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid.

6.         Security deposit will be retained until after departure and may be used to cover the costs of: damages, replacement of missing items, not adhering to check out/cleaning policy, any evidence or smoking or pets inside the cabins or any other expenses incurred by the renter.

7.         Check-in is 4 PM. Checkout is 11 AM. Late checkouts will be charged for an additional night without the benefit of the stay.

8.         We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You will be charged for shipping plus a minimum $15 handling fee for any items left behind that you request us to return.

9.         Please return keys to the key lock box at checkout. You will be charged a minimum of $25 for any keys not returned upon departure.

10.       Rates and policies may vary for reservations of 5 or more nights.

11.       Please no pets and no smoking.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, WEATHER-RELATED SITUATIONS, and MECHANICAL, OR ELECTRICAL FAILURE.
